No, we do not pay for return postage for UK and international customers, the standard rate is £2.49 for the UK. To return from the UK, please follow the HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM ?
Whilst your return parcel is in transit, it is your responsibility. We recommend using our return portal to create a return label. Please keep hold of your receipt as proof of postage.
You can also return your parcel from your local post office but we will not take any responsibility if the return is lost in transit as it was not returned through our return portal.
We provide trackable return system so we advise you to use our service to avoid any inconvenience.
