How Do I Use My Store Credit?
To use your store credit, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your EGO account on our desktop website
- Add your items to your bag and proceed to checkout
- At the payment stage, you will see your available store credit balance
- Tick the “Apply store credit to order” box
- If your store credit does not cover the full order total, select an additional payment method to pay the remaining balance
- Complete your order as normal
Any available store credit will be applied first, and any remaining balance will be charged to your selected payment method.
Why can’t I see my store credit?
If your store credit is not showing at checkout, please check the following:
- Ensure you are logged into the correct EGO account used when the store credit was issued.
- Confirm you are using the desktop website (store credit is not available on app or mobile browser).
- Check that your store credit has not expired (valid for 6 months from issue date)
- Refresh the checkout page or log out and log back in to reset your session.
- Ensure your basket meets any minimum requirements (if applicable)
Important information
Store credit is currently only available on our desktop website.
It is not yet supported on the app or mobile browser, but we are working to add this in the future.
Your store credit balance will update automatically after each purchase.
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
Any unused credit will expire after this period.
