A pre-order lets you buy an item before it’s officially in stock — so you can secure your favourite styles before they sell out! You’ll be charged at the time of placing the pre-order, just like a regular order.
As soon as the item arrives at our warehouse, we aim to dispatch it the next working day using the delivery method you selected at checkout.
Please note: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.
If you’d prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those.
The estimated pre-order date will be shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We’ll always do our best to meet the estimated date, but occasionally, supplier or shipping delays can occur. If there’s any change, we’ll keep you updated via email.
