Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes — our warehouse team works quickly to process and dispatch orders as soon as possible.
You’re welcome to make changes to your basket before you check out, but after that, we can’t edit your order.
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us here as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven’t yet been processed by our warehouse.
If your order has already been processed, you’re welcome to return it for a refund once it arrives. Just follow our usual returns process.
