Returning Your Item — What You Need to Know
To process your return and issue a refund, the item must be sent back in its original packaging — this includes any dust bags, tags, and other packaging it arrived with.
We consider the packaging part of the product, so it needs to be returned for your refund to be approved.

Pop your invoice inside the parcel. Please include:

Cover or remove any old shipping labels to avoid confusion.

If you’re sending back multiple parcels, make sure each one clearly shows the order number and reason for return inside.
