Returning Non-EGO Items
If a non-EGO item is sent to our warehouse by mistake, we’ll do our best to locate it. However, please be aware that any unclaimed, non-EGO merchandise will be returned to sender.
If we’re unable to find your item — or if it has already been returned to sender— we’re unable to accept responsibility for it.
We recommend reaching out directly to the company you originally purchased the item from to explain the situation.
