You’ve got 28 days from the day you receive your order to send something back to us.
To make sure your return is accepted, please check the following:
Items must be unworn and unwashed
All tags must be attached and items returned in their original packaging
Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene tags are still in place and the items are unworn
- Any fragrance purchases are nonreturnable
Important:
We can’t accept items that are damaged, marked, worn, or appear used — these will be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
