To return an item from the UK, please follow the steps in our “How Do I Return?” section.
- While your parcel is in transit, it’s your responsibility. We strongly recommend using our Returns Portal to create a return label — this way, your return is fully trackable.
- If you choose to return your parcel via your local post office (without using our portal), we won’t be able to take responsibility if the parcel is lost in transit.
We provide a trackable returns service, and we highly recommend using it to avoid any inconvenience.
