To process an exchange, please register your request on our returns portal, you will then be guided through the process and informed of the steps to follow.
Types of Exchanges we offer
Instant Exchange
- Your exchange is approved immediately when you submit your request.
- A confirmation email will be sent with your order number for the new size.
- You still need to return the original item within the given timeframe to avoid rejection or additional charges.
Non-Instant Exchange
- Your new item is sent after we receive and process your returned item.
- Exchange approval depends on stock availability.
- If your requested size is out of stock, you will receive a refund
Things to know:
- Exchanges are currently available for UK customers only.
- Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size.
- Exchanges are shipped using our standard 2–5 working day service to the same address as your original order.
- There is a charge for the returns label. This fee is applied when you register your exchange on the returns portal
- If your new size is out of stock your exchange will be cancelled and you will receive a refund for the item.
If your exchange is later returned, the original order linked to that exchange will be refunded.
